Its Official! PSTA is Going Green!

Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) officials announced the purchase of 60 electric buses over the next five years, the latest step in PSTA’s ongoing mission to transform the fleet clean and green by 2050. Electric buses are more efficient, better for the environment and will have improved health outcomes for the communities they serve. PSTA’s electric buses will operate systemwide with the first of the 60 new buses expected to hit the road in 2024. Gulfport’s Operation Santa is Now Accepting Applications

If you are a Gulfport resident and could use a little help, the Gulfport Police Department is now accepting applications for Christmas assistance through December 17, 2021 between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at 2401 53rd Street South in Gulfport.

Each family’s head of household must bring photo identification, proof of Gulfport residence as well as the name(s) and age(s) of child(ren) living in the home.
