Plan your meals

  • Cheat days (or joyful eating) should be planned and should be Guilt-Free!
  • Include a variety of leafy greens and other nutrient packed vegetables
  • Consider going meatless for a day or two 
  • Keep lots of healthy snacks at your fingertips
  • Schedule time to prep your meals on the weekend so cooking takes less time through the week

Tame the Inflammation

  • Limit alcohol, sugar and processed foods (I’ll try!) 
  • Be mindful of foods that cause inflammation and lead to weight gain!
