MOTE Announces NEW Reciprocal Benefits Partners in Tampa Bay!

MOTE just announced several new, local monthly reciprocal partners as part of your Mote membership benefits!

In addition to yearly reciprocal benefits where Mote members receive free or discounted admission to other zoos and attractions, your Mote membership can now take you even more places! Mote members can use their membership to attend the following institutions, FREE during the following months!

  • Ringling Museum of Art in May 
  • Salvador Dali Museum in June 
  • Peace River Botanical Gardens in July and August 
  • Edison & Ford Winter Estates in September 
  • Sarasota Art Museum in October 
  • Bishop Museum of Science & Nature in November  
  • Great Explorations Children’s Museum in December 
  • Florida Holocaust Museum in February, May, August and November

Details of the program

Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium has reciprocal agreements with more than 150 zoos, aquariums and museums nationwide and in Canada and Mexico. These agreements allow Mote Members free or discounted admission to other facilities.

Tips for using your reciprocal benefits:

  • Call the reciprocal institution BEFORE visiting to confirm their participation has not changed.
  • The number of visitors admitted with your Mote Membership may vary depending on the organization.
  • You must show your photo ID along with your membership card when you arrive at your destination to receive the discounts.
  • Reciprocal benefits apply only to general admission. Special events, parking, rides and other admission charges are not included and will be an additional fee.
