GOT BOOKS? If you’ve been reading your way through the pandemic and now find yourself inundated with books, the Circle of Friends of the Gulfport Public Library is sponsoring a socially/physically distanced Drive By Book Drop (2 box limit).
Volunteers will accept newish books and current magazines in good condition for resale in the Library Bookshop. (PLEASE, no textbooks or encyclopedias or damaged books)
The Gulfport Library Bookshop is located just inside the main Library and for 8 years, the Circle of Friends of the Gulfport Library have been accepting, organizing and offering current books, puzzles, magazines along with some interesting vintage and collectable volumes.
The sale of these items has provided free programming for children and adults, special events and much needed equipment. We are a 501(c)(3).
