Start off with the shrimp bruschetta, caprese Napoleon or ricotta and pepperoni filled Italian pockets. Add sauteed shrimp, pulled chicken, roasted portabella mushrooms or meatballs to the pasta (carbonara, rustica, alfredo or red sauce). Share a couple unique pizzas such as the Yardbird (white sauce, pulled chicken, mozzarella cheese, bacon, fresh jalapeno, red onion) or Endless Summer (red sauce, mozzarella cheese, local heirloom tomatoes, spinach, Kalamata olives, roasted garlic, red onion). Coastal Taco Using the freshest ingredients, these delectable gourmet street tacos and bowls (mahi, chicken, vegan chorizo) will wow you and your family. Top the nachos with house made queso and your choice of pork, chicken, brisket, mahi or shrimp. The tequila lime shrimp taco with fried grit cake, pico de gallo, cheese and chipotle aioli on white corn tortillas is a local fave as are the slow cooked beef brisket, beer braised pork or veggie tacos. The fire-roasted corn with cotija cheese and queso dip start the fiesta and the desserts (deep-fried margarita balls) will have you singing Ole! Beer and soft drinks.
