The City of St. Petersburg and HKS Architects developed two conceptual master plans for the redevelopment of the 86-acre Tropicana Field Site, one including a baseball stadium and one without, referred to as Scenario One and Scenario Two. The City of St. Petersburg formally released a Request for Proposal in July, soliciting the redevelopment of 86-acres of publicly-owned land in the heart of downtown surrounding Tropicana Field. Visit stpete.org/trop for additional information.

Proposal submissions are due January 15, 2021. A final pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 2 from 9:00a-10:00a via Zoom. The city will conduct a brief presentation on the history of the site, recently concluded appraisals and city financial information. There will also be a final opportunity for questions and answers about the RFP at the end of the presentation.
