2020 VISION: Balance

By Michael Moses  • Centre of St Pete Beach

Staying in balance is important.

The dictionary defines ‘balance’ as: A state of equilibrium or parity. The need for balance can apply to a whole host of pursuits in our lives. Dividing time fairly between demands of work, family, home, studies, mental and physical health, where everything gets enough attention, can be a huge challenge.

With children, the emphasis on their schoolwork, friends, athletics and more, can make raising a family an additional full-time job. Especially with children home from school for longer than expected, needing more meals and entertainment at home due to current circumstances, keeping life in balance during this unprecedented time is proving particularly challenging.

The Centre of St. Pete Beach is dedicated to helping patients access the Medical Cannabis treatments they need and integrate the use of Medical Cannabis into their lives. From chronic pain, to general anxiety, sleep issues and much more, we are here to offer relief and help make your journey toward homeostasis as easy as possible. We have medical dispensaries making deliveries directly to patients’ homes, as well as to The Centre 2x/month. We carry an excellent, thoroughly tested, local line of CBD (Pharma Quality Cannabis without THC), which is great for reducing pain and inflammation. It’s also a powerful immune booster.

For your convenience, we are currently offering curbside pick-up for CBD and other immune boosting products such as our Aqua Luna Anti-Viral Tincture. Online orders can be placed on our website TheCentreSPB.com. You can also check out our interactive Calendar of Events online. We “HOPE” to relaunch Wellness Classes and Events April 19.

You can feel good about supporting local and shopping with us as we vow to do the same. This month 5% of our proceeds will go to benefit local charities. Our hearts go out to all those in need right now.  We are here for you during this difficult time. We are here to help you regain and maintain optimal well-being and balance so you can be your best you!
