DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, May 21 from 11am to 2pm for the opening of the exhibit\, Madeira Beach: On the Waves of Change\, a new exhibit exploring the intersection of human and environmental history\, opening at Heritage Village. Sponsored by a grant from Florida Humanities\, this multimedia installation was created entirely by students in USF’s Judy Genshaft Honors College with support from Heritage Village staff. This beach bash kick off will feature Big Storm Coffee Co. with plenty of tasty beverages and delicious pastries and musical stylings of Lightning Jack Steel Drum Music.

This will be an exciting opportunity to taste food fresh from the garden that the children help cultivate. Attendees will experience the captivating atmosphere of the school while learning more about the plans to grow in the community. 100% of proceeds raised from the evening will go to support the expansion of Creative Play.
